The item must be in unworn condition, with all packaging, tags, bags, and accessories included in the same condition as received on delivery. Return Process - Items must be sent back within 14 CALENDAR DAYS of your product’s delivery date.

Step 2 -Â From here, one of our Customer Service agents will provide you instructions to generate a return shipping label.
Step 3 -Â Drop off your product using the instructions on the shipping label.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the required criteria. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
Return Shipping Fees - For orders over $100, the first return label is complimentary and will be paid by us. If additional return labels are required, the customer is responsible for the cost of those return labels.
For orders under $100, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted or charged accordingly.
