Lucent Los Angeles is a worldwide brand, and we ship internationally, including Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, etc. During checkout, choose your country to insert your Shipping Address. You will have the option to choose the Shipment Method and Delivery Speed. Please note that any applicable taxes will be added, depending on your country. Lucent Los Angeles cannot alter or change VAT or Customs fees, as these are independently charged via the courier and receiving country. All garments purchased from Lucent Los Angeles are eligible for returns / exchanges. All boots are eligible for exchanges. Items must be sent back within 14 CALENDAR DAYS of your product’s delivery date.

The item must be in unworn condition, with all packaging, boxes, and accessories included. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the unworn condition or packaging requirements.
