All garments purchased from Lucent Los Angeles are eligible for returns / exchanges. All boots are eligible for exchanges. Items must be sent back within 14 CALENDAR DAYS of your product’s delivery date.
The item must be in unworn condition, with all packaging, boxes, and accessories included. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the unworn condition or packaging requirements.
Return Process:
Step 1 - Call us on 888-320-2645 or send an email to support@lucentlosangeles.com to start the return process — within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Step 2 - From here, one of our Customer Service agents will provide you instructions to generate a return shipping label.
Step 3 - Drop off your product using the instructions on the shipping label.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the required criteria. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
